    The fault with this is that it starts off  inspecting your front gate, telling you how high your grass can be, and what you can use for a fence, and by the time they get done they are in your bedroom.  They can bring the police to measure it and count how many sleep in there... because you can do any number for a short time, they then have to come back in a week to check again.

  Like the previous Ordinance #200807 which starts off with hazardous trees in section 38-5, then in 38-6 cites fire doors and loading stress allowed in Georgia State Building Code for new buildings...  200808 starts off with fences, walls, grass and weeds, in section 6,  in Section 7 it's junk cars, and in section 19 it's about minimum ceiling heights and people (read Mexicans) overcrowding bedrooms and minimum width between kitchen cabinets.  Section 20.2  prohibits sleeping on the kitchen floor.  It's as if they have nothing better to do than sit around thinking up things to prohibit, and then put them in an Ordinance without one part having any relevance to any other part.
